What happens if I need a new website during my plan?
That's the whole point. Growth plans include a full redesign at 24 months. Scale plans include a redesign every 12 months. Accelerate plans include a refresh every 6-12 months. No extra fees, no surprise invoices — it's just part of the partnership.
Who owns my website?
You do. Always. Your design, content, domain, and data belong to you. If you ever leave, we hand over the files. No hostage situations, no proprietary platforms you can't move off.
Do I need to pay for hosting separately?
