We donate the design and build to qualifying 501(c)(3) organizations in Orange, Seminole, Osceola, and Lake counties. You pay $39/month for hosting and care. That's it.
Our Promise
Small nonprofits deserve real websites
Most Central Florida nonprofits run on thin margins and volunteer time. A real website — one that tells your story, makes donating easy, and actually ranks in Google — usually costs more than the marketing budget for the whole year. So the site ends up being a free template slapped together a decade ago by a well-meaning board member who has since moved to Atlanta.
We've been building websites in Orlando for 24 years. The math on donating three builds a year works for us, and the impact on a small nonprofit that suddenly has a professional, mobile-friendly, donation-ready site is enormous. It's our favorite work of the year.
So here's the deal: if you're a real 501(c)(3), based in one of our four local counties, and your operating budget is under half a million dollars, apply. If we accept you, we build you a real custom website, we launch it, and we host it for $39 a month. You own the domain and the site. There is no catch.

What we donate — and what we don't
Clear scope protects the program. Anything outside the donated build is available as a separate paid engagement at our standard nonprofit rate.

Not included (paid add-ons)
- E-commerce beyond basic donation processing
- Member portals, login areas, custom apps
- Major redesigns after launch
- Ongoing graphic design, print, branding work
- Paid ads management (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
- Event-specific microsites or landing pages
Qualification
Who can apply
Six simple requirements. All of them have to be true — no exceptions.
1. Verified 501(c)(3)
Registered with the IRS as a public charity. We'll verify your EIN on the IRS Tax Exempt Organization Search before approving. Churches and religious orgs that meet 501(c)(3) criteria qualify.
2. Based in a Central Florida county
Headquartered in Orange, Seminole, Osceola, or Lake County, Florida. The four counties that make up the Orlando–Kissimmee–Sanford metro area.
3. Under $500K annual revenue
Most recent IRS Form 990 shows gross receipts under $500,000. This keeps the program focused on genuinely small community nonprofits that can't afford a $5K website.
4. Mission-driven community work
Food pantries, youth programs, animal rescues, arts orgs, homelessness & recovery, education, health, environmental. Not political PACs, not personal or family foundations, not fiscal-sponsor shells.
5. 24-month hosting commitment
$39/month for 24 months covers our real hosting and maintenance costs. You can leave at any point after that — or stay, most partners do.
6. Footer credit
A small "Website by ProDesigning Creative — Giving Back Program" link in the footer that points back to this page. That's the only promotional ask.
Process
How it works
Apply
Fill out the application below. Takes about 10 minutes. We verify your EIN and review your mission within a week.
Interview
If you make the short list, we'll hop on a 30-minute call to talk about your work, your current site, and what a great website would unlock for you.
Build
Approved partners sign a simple hosting agreement and we kick off the build. Design, content, revisions, launch. Usually 6–10 weeks.
Launch & host
Site goes live. We host and maintain it at $39/month for 24 months, then you decide what's next. You own the domain and the site files.
Application
Apply to the program
We accept 3 partners per calendar year. Complete applications are reviewed within one week. If the roster is full, qualified applicants go on the waitlist for the next round.
